How is Shipping coordinated?

We offer two options for transportation of your order. 

1. Customer Arranged: For this option customer contracts their own carrier for pick-up and return of equipment. We will provide you with the weight, dimensions and shipping class for your order. 

2. Event Equipment Rentals & Sales Arranged Shipping: For this option our team will handle all shipping & logistics coordination. Shipping fees vary by order. Please contact our team for a quote.

Payment

All payment methods are accepted. Credit card, ACH, e-check and company check by mail. Payment terms available upon credit approval.
